1. ABOUT THE SERVICE

No Bullshit Signals provides market information, trading signals, analytics, statistics and related tools focused primarily on WTI crude oil markets.

The service may provide information including market direction, entry levels, stop loss levels, take profit levels, confidence scores, historical performance and other market analysis.

We do not execute trades on your behalf, hold customer trading funds or have access to your brokerage account.

2. NOT PERSONAL FINANCIAL ADVICE

Information provided through No Bullshit Signals is general market information and analysis. It is not tailored to your personal financial circumstances, investment objectives, knowledge, experience or risk tolerance.

You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to enter, exit, modify or avoid any trade.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE

No trading signal, analysis, confidence percentage, score, historical result or performance statistic guarantees any future result.

Market conditions can change rapidly. Prices available to you may differ from prices shown in a signal because of volatility, spreads, slippage, execution delays, liquidity or data delays.

Past performance is not a guarantee or reliable indication of future performance.

4. FREE TRIAL

Eligible new accounts may receive a 14-day free trial.

Trial access may include features that would normally require a paid subscription. At the end of the free trial, continued access to paid features may require selection and purchase of a paid plan.

We may restrict repeated trials, duplicate accounts or attempts to abuse promotional access.

5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Paid access may be offered through subscription levels including PRO, VIP and ORACLE.

Features available under each subscription may differ. The current features and price of each plan are displayed before purchase.

We may add, remove or improve features over time. We will not intentionally remove the essential paid functionality of an active subscription without reasonable notice where required.

6. PAYMENTS

Payments and recurring subscription billing are processed securely by Stripe or another payment provider displayed during checkout.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise the payment provider to charge the applicable subscription amount at the stated billing interval until the subscription is cancelled.

Applicable taxes may be added where required.

7. CANCELLATION

You can manage or cancel an active subscription using the "Manage Subscription" option in your account dashboard.

Where cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, access normally continues until that paid period ends.

After the subscription ends, paid features may automatically be restricted.

Nothing in these Terms removes any cancellation, refund or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

8. CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights concerning online purchases, cancellation periods, refunds and digital services depending on your country of residence.

These Terms do not limit statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

9. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment fails, access may be restricted or suspended until payment is successfully completed.

The payment provider may retry failed subscription payments in accordance with its billing procedures.

10. SIGNAL AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that a particular number of signals will be issued during any day, week or month.

A lack of qualifying market setups may result in periods with few or no accepted signals.

Signals may also be rejected by our analysis system where internal criteria are not satisfied.

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the service available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting providers, market-data providers, internet failures, third-party APIs, Telegram, payment providers or other systems outside our reasonable control.

12. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Accounts are intended for individual use unless otherwise agreed. You must not sell, redistribute, publish or systematically share paid signals or paid account access with third parties.

13. MISUSE AND REDISTRIBUTION

You may not copy, resell, republish, scrape, automatically redistribute or commercially exploit signals, analytics, data, software or other paid content without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts reasonably believed to be involved in fraud, unauthorised redistribution, security abuse or deliberate attempts to bypass subscription controls.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The service may depend on third-party platforms and providers including market-data services, hosting providers, Telegram, Stripe and other infrastructure.

We are not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Bullshit Signals is not responsible for trading losses resulting from a user's decision to enter, exit, hold or modify a position based on market information provided through the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

16. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

We may update the service, subscription features or these Terms from time to time.

Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated where required by law.

17. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary because of serious misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, security threats or material breach of these Terms.

Any termination will remain subject to consumer rights and other legal rights that cannot be excluded.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business operating No Bullshit Signals, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's country of residence.
